Job Title- Head Human Capital Technology SolutionsDepartment- Corporate Base Location- MumbaiReports to (Job Title)- Managing DirectorPurpose of Role/Job Summary: HR Technology leader for the organization. Will lead the HR technology initiatives to build and scale products that are focused on People productivity solutions and delivered through an integrated technology platform. Techno-functional leader of the business who is willing to build and scale the HCM solution and manage P&L for the technology vertical. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Provide overall technical leadership and direction to the organisation and encourage innovation and improvement in the technology and data systems, processes and ways of working to strengthen business processes and client delivery Understand people-related business problems and collaborate with product owners and project managers to develop and deploy solutions using technology and data Lead effort to collaborate with decision makers, consulting partners and users to define business, financial, operational and technical requirements for product design Apply big data and deep learning techniques to extract actionable insights from large-scale, high-dimensional, structured and unstructured data. Understand emerging technologies and their impact on building agile Human Capital solutions Engage with Business and Consulting leaders in digital transformation efforts with clear focus on data and analytics and its impact on business outcomes Understand SaaS and PaaS model to configure and propose product and solutions to meet business needs of effective people management Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these system Lead on the technical aspects for business continuity

Head ProcurementKey Accountabilities: Will be responsible for procurement of all EPC projects (Electro-Mechanical), from planning till it reaches the sites as per the timeline for completion of Projects. Preparation of project specific vendor list for the approval of client and pre-qualification of the potential suppliers on the basis of their credentials. Develop and Manage Vendor. Compiling the bid packages and issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) to all relevant vendors. Controlling the purchase and controlling the negotiation of contract terms. Carrying out Negotiation (Techno-Commercial) with vendors to ensure mutual benefit and long lasting relationship. Support to Business Development & Proposal team. Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements and goods ordered /received. Following up with the vendors to keep track of delivery and services from their end to get the job done on time.Supporting Proposal team to carry out Project Procurement estimate by providing them with competitive/discounted prices during bid stage. This includes floating enquires, technical review of offers, commercial negotiations. Co-ordination with finance and accounts team for payment, BG, ABG,PBG Resolving claims with vendors on project issues. MIS report, control budget monitoring & controlling.Qualification: BE/B.TECH (Electro Mechanical) Experience :- 13Plus experience in Procurement
