We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our customer base, strengthen business relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to develop effective business strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to support company growth.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.Generate leads through networking, online research, cold calling, social platforms, and client meetings.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.Manage end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine strategies and offerings.Maintain accurate reports of business development activities, forecasts, and metrics using CRM software (if applicable).Attend networking events, business expos, and client meetings when required. Key Skills & RequirementsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred).Proven experience in sales, business development, or client handling roles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building ability.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.Basic understanding of CRM, MS Office, and presentation tools.Professional attitude, confidence, and positive personality.

Project head of CBR project covering 1.5 lakh population from rural and semi urban. To carry out all the functions for the successful implementation of the project. Graduates from IRMA, Tiss and reputed institutions preferred.

Key Responsibilities:o Supervise and manage HVAC installation activities at project sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.o Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to plan and execute project tasks efficiently.o Can read drawing, Plumbing, Ducting and Layout sizing.o Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.o Provide technical guidance to on-site teams and address any challenges or issues promptly.o Inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with safety standards.o Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.o Prepare and update project schedules, reports, and documentation.o Monitor project progress and ensure timelines and budgets are met.o Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.o Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for on-site teams.o Oversee procurement and delivery of HVAC materials and equipment.o Maintain inventory control and resource optimization at the site.o Can good in Auto cad and knowledge of AHU, Chiller.
