Job Description

we are looking for a proactive and results-driven business development manager to help expand our customer base, strengthen business relationships, and drive revenue growth. the ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, proven sales experience, and the ability to develop effective business strategies.

key responsibilities

identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to support company growth.

develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.

generate leads through networking, online research, cold calling, social platforms, and client meetings.

build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.

prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts for potential clients.

manage end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.

collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to refine strategies and offerings.

maintain accurate reports of business development activities, forecasts, and metrics using crm software (if applicable).

attend networking events, business expos, and client meetings when required.

key skills & requirements

bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

proven experience in sales, business development, or client handling roles.

excellent verbal and written communication skills.

strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building ability.

ability to work independently and as part of a team.

target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

basic understanding of crm, ms office, and presentation tools.

professional attitude, confidence, and positive personality.
