Preparing status reports for management and stakeholders.Communication & Coordination: Acting as the main point of contact between field staff, stakeholders, partners, and donors. Scheduling and facilitating meetings, recording minutes, and tracking action items.Resource & Asset Management: Coordinating resources, equipment, and logistics to ensure field operations run smoothly.Risk Management & Quality Assurance: Identifying potential risks or bottlenecks in project delivery and proposing solutions. Ensuring all project activities adhere to organizational standards and compliance rules.Documentation & Administration: Maintaining comprehensive records, filing, and documentation. Assisting with financial tracking and procurement processes. M.Sc Agriculture/Forestry/Agri-economics, should have minimum 8-10 years experience in NRM, Watershed, Rural Development, community based monitoring system, deep knowledge of proposal & report writing, implantation of community based projects, organizing events and computer savvy.
