Project Planning & Implementation: Assisting in creating project schedules, work plans, and defining project scopes. Breaking projects into actionable tasks and assigning them to team members.
Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking project progress, deliverables, and budgets to ensure compliance with donor requirements. Preparing status reports for management and stakeholders.
Communication & Coordination: Acting as the main point of contact between field staff, stakeholders, partners, and donors. Scheduling and facilitating meetings, recording minutes, and tracking action items.
Resource & Asset Management: Coordinating resources, equipment, and logistics to ensure field operations run smoothly.
Risk Management & Quality Assurance: Identifying potential risks or bottlenecks in project delivery and proposing solutions. Ensuring all project activities adhere to organizational standards and compliance rules.
Documentation & Administration: Maintaining comprehensive records, filing, and documentation. Assisting with financial tracking and procurement processes.
Common Skills Required:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication (verbal and written).
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Agriculture/Forestry/Agri-economics, should have minimum 8-10 years experience in NRM, Watershed, Rural Development, community based monitoring system, deep knowledge of proposal & report writing, implantation of community based projects, organizing events and computer savvy.
