We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in architecture and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have 68 years of experience, preferably with International Property Consultants (IPCs), in managing greenfield commercial developments of 3 lakh sq. ft. or more, having successfully handled at least one project from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:Design Coordination: Collaborate with architects and MEP consultants to ensure design alignment and technical integration.Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication and coordination with clients and key project stakeholders.Project Planning: Manage master planning activities and monitor progress using Microsoft Project software.Reporting & MIS: Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for clients and management.Site Coordination: Work closely with on-site teams to track progress and resolve project-related challenges.Meetings & Documentation: Conduct progress and design review meetings, prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and ensure timely circulation among all stakeholders.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain timelines and quality standards.Preferred Background:Proven experience in greenfield commercial real estate projects.Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction workflows.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Hands-on experience with project management and reporting tools.

Roles And Responsibility :-Produce a conceptual, basic, and detailed design for projects as per IS and International Guidelines.-Day-to-day assistance in designing and assistance to team members in the delivery of projects.-Undertake technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.-Assist in proposal preparation and tender submission procedures.-Prepare and manage project execution plans, organization charts, and status reports.-Produce administration documentation such as requests for information.-Work closely and effectively with clients and internal project teams.-Provide technical advisory services to clients during the development & construction process.Key skills :-Proficient in CAD.
