Serve as the primary point of contact for Program Chairs, Session Chairs, Scientific Committees, and Invited Speakers for all conference-related communication and coordination. Assist in forming organizing and scientific committees, involving top scientists and professionals in relevant research domains. Stay updated with the latest scientific developments and apply this knowledge in designing meaningful and impactful conference content. Ensure the dissemination of valuable scientific information to the research community, contributing to the success and quality of each event. Regularly report on conference progress to the Director, Program Manager, and Team Leader, tailoring communication and reports to suit the stakeholders requirements. Generate detailed Management Information Reports (MIR) including post-conference feedback to support future event improvements and strategic planning.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Event Management, or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in scientific program coordination, academic conference management, or related roles. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with high-level stakeholders. Scientific literacy and intellectual curiosity in diverse research domains. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM/event software (preferred).
