This involves inspecting products at various stages of production and addressing issues promptly.- **Training and Development:** Train new employees on production processes and safety protocols. Enhance team skills through ongoing training opportunities.- **Inventory Management:** Monitor material usage and inventory levels to prevent shortages and ensure timely production. Collaborate with the supply chain team to maintain adequate stock levels.- **Reporting and Documentation:** Prepare production reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of production activities and incidents.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E) and possess 1 to 7 years of relevant experience in a production environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to solve problems quickly. You must be organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in all production activities. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement techniques is highly desirable.
