The role involves assisting in production planning and management while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the shop floor. Must have good knowledge related to the design industry.Additionally, be aware of the work that the design or interior design company does.Address design-related issues promptly, whether they are related to client feedback, team conflicts, or technical challenges.Stay updated with design trends and new technologies. Encourage innovative thinking within the team to maintain a competitive edge.Work with senior management and project managers to plan and schedule design projects. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.Establish and enforce quality standards for all design work. Conduct regular reviews to ensure designs meet client and company expectations.Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Keep them updated on project progress and address any concerns.
