The role involves assisting in production planning and management while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the shop floor. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality, ensuring worker safety, and supporting production targets.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in production planning and daily production managementSupervise shop floor activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely outputMonitor and maintain quality standards during productionEnsure safety practices and compliance for workers on the production floorMaintain production records and assist with documentation and paperworkUse computers for basic reporting, tracking, and coordinationSupport management with operational and administrative tasksRequirementsExperience in manufacturing or production supervision preferredBasic computer skills for documentation and reportingKnowledge of Tally will be an added advantageStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage shop floor operations and coordinate with production teamsSalary: 15,000 - 25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Must have good knowledge related to the design industry.Additionally, be aware of the work that the design or interior design company does.Address design-related issues promptly, whether they are related to client feedback, team conflicts, or technical challenges.Stay updated with design trends and new technologies. Encourage innovative thinking within the team to maintain a competitive edge.Work with senior management and project managers to plan and schedule design projects. Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.Establish and enforce quality standards for all design work. Conduct regular reviews to ensure designs meet client and company expectations.Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Keep them updated on project progress and address any concerns.
