The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, adhering to safety regulations, and leading a team of production staff to meet production targets. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes.Responsibilities:Supervising Production Team: Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production operators and technicians in Nashik, ensuring they are working effectively and efficiently.Production Planning and Execution: Implement production schedules and ensure that production targets are met within specified timelines and quality standards.Workflow Management: Monitor and optimize production workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Identify and address any bottlenecks or issues.Quality Control: Ensure that all products are manufactured according to quality standards and specifications. Implement and monitor quality control procedures.Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all production personnel in Nashik. Conduct regular safety checks and address any hazards.Resource Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet production demands.Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the proper use and basic maintenance of production equipment. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production-related issues, including equipment malfunctions, quality deviations, and process inefficiencies. Implement corrective and preventive actions.Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and guidance to production staff in Nashik. Identify training needs and coordinate with HR for further development.
