Production Supervisor (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure production schedules are met.

Monitor production processes to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Allocate manpower, machinery, and resources effectively.

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines.

Minimize downtime and address operational issues promptly.

Team Management

Lead, guide, and motivate production workers and operators.

Conduct shift briefings and assign daily tasks.

Monitor employee performance, attendance, and discipline.

Identify training needs and support skill development initiatives.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.

Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to address quality concerns.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Promote workplace safety and investigate incidents when required.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.

Track production output, wastage, and machine performance.

Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding equipment breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

Provide regular updates to management on production performance.
