We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. The role involves assisting in production planning and management while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the shop floor. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality, ensuring worker safety, and supporting production targets.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in production planning and daily production managementSupervise shop floor activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely outputMonitor and maintain quality standards during productionEnsure safety practices and compliance for workers on the production floorMaintain production records and assist with documentation and paperworkUse computers for basic reporting, tracking, and coordinationSupport management with operational and administrative tasksRequirementsExperience in manufacturing or production supervision preferredBasic computer skills for documentation and reportingKnowledge of Tally will be an added advantageStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage shop floor operations and coordinate with production teamsSalary: 15,000 - 25,000 per month (depending on experience)
