Hiring For Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to help manage our manufacturing process in Vasai East. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 4 years of experience and a diploma in a relevant field. This full-time position requires working from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Production Operations: Ensure daily production goals are met by supervising the workflow and managing staff effectively on the production floor.

- Quality Control: Monitor product quality and adherence to safety standards. This includes inspecting finished products and addressing any defects or issues immediately.

- Training Staff: Provide training for new employees and ongoing support for existing staff to ensure they understand procedures and safety regulations.

- Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with logistics, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.

- Reporting: Prepare daily production reports that highlight performance metrics and any areas needing improvement for upper management.

- Problem Solving: Quickly address production issues as they arise, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
