Need a good Production Manager who can handle all the production activities

SAFETY OF ALL FELLOW WORKMATES and equipment.Ensuring correct sequencing of activities for specified planned workEnsuring capture of data as required by specific process and sub process activities.Ensuring strict adherence to monitoring of daily scheduled parameters/checks.Immediate reporting to senior about lapses in daily monitored parameters and giving clearance post rectification of lapse.Reconciliation of scheduled tasks/activities v/s actual status.Documented hand over of charge to successor with updated records.Identifying training needs of departmental employees and ensuring effectiveness.Allocating duties/responsibilities to departmental personnel.

Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Enabling tooling design with help of the design team. Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements. Developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow. Resolve issues and delays in production. Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality. Obtaining any materials and equipment required. Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards. Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects. Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping. Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders. Analyzing all facets of production and making recommendations for improvement.

Looking for a Production Engineer who can efficiently performs production tasks, provide design and process inputs and is responsible to build a daily prioritization task list bases on production needs and situation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. ? Strong organization and management skills. ? High level of technical expertise.

Planning and Production : M/F, minimum qualification Professional Graduate ( BE/B Tech ) in Mechanical Engineering with 10-12 years or DME with 12-18 Years experienceShould be well conversant with Raw Materials / Grades, Rates etc. Should understand CNC/VMC Machines Operations and Programming for the same.Should be having good knowledge of Sheet Metals Works, Panels Manufacturing ( AMADA CNC Punching - Bending etc. )Should be having good knowledge of Power Press Parts and Assemblies for various Power Products, Automobiles and Bio-Medical Equipment manufacturing and it's applications.Should be with good in People Management Engineering and Management Staff, Supervisor, Workers etc. Customer Relationship ManagementShould have basic knowledge about Standards, Applications, QA and Overall Product Management including its MarketShould be Commercially knowledgeable and able be contribute in Product and Operational Cost ManagementShould be holding People Manager role, active contributor in Revenue Management, People Handling, Overall Operations responsibility.Salary : 20-25k/pm ( Flexible for right candidate )
