Find ways to reduce costs and maximize quality. Obtaining any materials and equipment required. Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards. Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects. Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping. Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
