People & Team Management Lead, mentor, and motivate plant workforce, including managers, supervisors, and shop-floor workers. Drive skill development, training, and performance management. Maintain industrial harmony and handle union/IR-related matters (if applicable).5. Supply Chain & Cost Control Coordinate with procurement for the timely availability of raw materials. Control manufacturing costs, reduce wastages, and ensure efficient inventory management. Support the supply chain/logistics team for the timely dispatch of finished products.6. Strategic & Business Support Work closely with top management to align plant operations with business objectives. Provide regular MIS reports on production, quality, safety, and costs.
