Conduct routine testing and sampling of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to safety standards.

Regulatory Compliance: Implement and maintain HACCP, GMP, and ISO food safety management systems to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and keep accurate records of product quality, audits, and laboratory testing.

Investigate technical faults, customer complaints, and quality deviations, collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues.

Audit suppliers and maintain strict quality standards on incoming raw materials.

Monitor production lines and equipment to ensure food is prepared safely and efficiently.
