We are looking for a QA QC Engineer to join our team in Ranchi. This role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and evaluation processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Conduct Quality Inspections:** Perform regular inspections during production to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

- **Develop Testing Procedures:** Create and implement testing processes to identify defects or issues in products before they reach customers.

- **Document Findings:** Record inspection results and communicate findings to relevant teams to ensure transparency and facilitate improvements.

- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.

- **Assist in Training:** Support in training production staff on quality assurance practices and procedures to enhance product quality.

- **Maintain Compliance:** Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance.
