Sales and Brand development- Recommend yearly brand planning- Identify opportunities and recommend relevant brand activation- Plan & lead meetings (Business reviews and agencies meetings)- Provide support in consumer research process (briefing, follow up & result analysis)2. Brand Plan Execution- Recommend and implement consumer promotions- Implement the agreed plans in line with budgets & work closely with all stakeholders across the business to ensure execution excellence- Participate in new launches and innovation projects3. Monitoring and Tracking- Monitor market evolution and competition activities- Track the progress and analyse performance of the Brands by providing regular reports- Measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing investments, brands & competition past performance, and recommend actions- Ensure Marketing budget tracking & provide regular updates- Holder of a bachelors degree- Sales/Administration/Marketing or related experience- Min 2 years of sales and marketing related work experience- Strong analytical skills- Delivery on projects on timelines- Response time & reliability- Excellent communication and presentation skills- Initiative & follow through- Entrepreneurial spirit- Eagerness to Learn- Excellent MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills- Excellent English Language Skills (verbal and written)P.S.
