Our Client-Lubricant brand is setting up a network of premium branded car workshops as an enabler to transition into a service and maintenance brand. Called __ Auto Service, the plan is to set up 100 such workshops this year and expand to 500 over next 5 years. While the acquisitions are being led by Client newly constituted Branded Workshop team, given the current Covid impacted scenario which has made it difficult for team members to travel, need has been felt to get some resources in top 10 cities who can help sustain the momentum on acquisitions. While this is a stop-gap arrangement till external situation improves, we will also be monitoring this model for potentially scaling up later as we look to aggressively expanding the workshop network.
