The Assistant Manager Quality position in Jaipur is focused on ensuring high-quality standards in production and processes within the organization. Product component vertical audit as per plan and ensure Process & product Compliance. Conduct 5S audit of Assigned area. Weekly safety GEMBA walk in plant. Layout inspection as per plan. Prepare in house and customer rejection analysis data. Submit Kaizen every month to Kaizen Committee from Quality Side. Daily Rejection Zone meeting to discuss daily line problem, Quality issue and Customer Complaint. Maintaining quality documentation at final inspection area like S.O.P, Visual Catalogues, and Work Instructions. Prepare PDIR reports for dispatch parts. Online Inspection, Final Inspection, Non-conformance recording, Root Cause Analysi1-2 Yrs. Experience in quality engineer role with manufacturing facility. Bachelors degree in engineering/technology field from recognised university & institute in india is mandatory. Diploma/certification is preferred and added advantage.
