About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and quick-learning PLC Fresher to join our Automation/Industrial Controls team. The candidate will work under senior engineers on PLC programming, troubleshooting, wiring, panel integration and site installation activities.Key Responsibilities: Assist in PLC programming Support in HMI/SCADA screen development and configuration. Perform wiring, panel testing and field instrumentation connections. Assist senior engineers in machine/plant commissioning, debugging and troubleshooting. Support in maintenance of PLC-based automation systems. Prepare basic project documentation and wiring diagrams. Learn and follow company standards, safety procedures and installation guidelines.Required Skills: Basic understanding of PLC fundamentals (ladder logic, function blocks, timers, counters). Knowledge of electrical circuits, sensors, relays and instrumentation. Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and electrical schematics. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn new PLC platforms and automation tools. Good communication and teamwork skills.Education: Diploma / BE in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
