Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PLC Programmer to join our automation team in Nashik. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining PLC programs for our [Specify Industry/Application - e.g., manufacturing equipment, process control systems, automated machinery]. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial automation principles, PLC programming languages, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize control systems.Responsibilities:PLC Program Development: Design, develop, and program PLC logic using various programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text, etc., based on project requirements and specifications.HMI Integration: Integrate PLC programs with Human-Machine Interface (HMI) systems to create intuitive and effective operator interfaces for monitoring and control.SCADA System Interface: Interface PLC systems with SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems for centralized data acquisition and control.Testing and Commissioning: Develop and execute thorough testing procedures for PLC programs and integrated automation systems. Participate in the commissioning and startup of automated equipment and processes at our facility or client sites (potentially in and around Kolhapur).Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to PLC programs, hardware, and communication networks in a timely manner.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, control system architecture, and operational procedures.System Optimization: Analyze existing PLC programs and control systems to identify areas for optimization, improved performance, and enhanced efficiency.Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to understand system requirements and ensure seamless integration of control systems.Adherence to Standards: En
