As a PLC Programmer at Dynatech Controls, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for our industrial automation systems. You will work closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure the efficient operation of our production processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:PLC Programming: Develop, implement, and maintain PLC programs for automated systems in compliance with project specifications and industry standards.HMI/SCADA Development: Design and program human-machine interfaces (HMI) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems for monitoring and control of industrial processes.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware and software issues related to PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems, ensuring minimal downtime.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and industrial automation.Proficiency in PLC programming languages (ladder logic)Familiarity with PLC hardware from leading manufacturers (Mitsubishi)

Commissioning of SPM machines with component prove. Commissioning of fixtures on different make machines. Preventive maintenance of SPM machines as per schedule. Troubleshooting of all type breakdowns in SPM machines & Fixtures. Ladder programming & machine interfacing with fixtures, HPP, Coolant tank Do the modification of SPM machine as per requirement KEY SKILLS: Having knowledge of commissioning, installation of SPM machines & PLC based machines. Electrical Maintenance of SPM machines & PLC based machines. Having knowledge of FANUC, MITSUBISHI, Siemens controllers. Knowledge of reading and editing of ladder programming & new program preparation. Knowledge of Proficad software for preparation of electrical circuit. Knowledge of Fanuc ladder 3, GX developer, GX works software of ladder programming. Knowledge of GT designer for HMI screens designing. Basic knowledge of part programs, and macro programming. Knowledge of electric motors, drives, switchgears, and panel wiring. Basic knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatics valves and circuits. Experience of machine modification at customer site.

Arduino & Codesys Development: Write, optimize, and debug code for using C/C++, Arduino IDE, Arduino PLC IDE and Codesys. Hardware Integration: Interface sensors, actuators and other hardware components. Circuit Design & Prototyping: Design, test, and refine circuits IoT & Communication Protocols: Implement communication based on protocols such as Modbus (RS-485,TCP/IP), Ethernet etc. Troubleshooting & Debugging: Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues efficiently. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of code, designs, and project workflows. Collaboration: Work closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.______________Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Programming: Strong proficiency in C, C++ and familiarity with Arduino IDE, Arduino PLC IDE, Codesys. I/Os Integration: Hands-on experience integrating Digital and Analog devices with PLCs using Arduino IDE, Arduino PLC-IDE & Codesys Platform. Communication Protocols: Understanding of MQTT, Modbus (RS-485,TCP/IP), Ethernet. Version Control: Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control.______________Preferred Qualifications : Experience with Arduino IDE, Arduino PLC-IDE & Codesys based PLCs. Experience with AI/ML integration in embedded systems. Hands-on experience in robotics, or automation projects. Understanding of cloud platforms like Arduino Cloud, AWS IoT, or Google Cloud IoT.
