PLC Programmer (Full Time)

Commissioning of SPM machines with component prove.  Commissioning of fixtures on different make machines.  Preventive maintenance of SPM machines as per schedule.  Troubleshooting of all type breakdowns in SPM machines & Fixtures.  Ladder programming & machine interfacing with fixtures, HPP, Coolant tank  Do the modification of SPM machine as per requirement KEY SKILLS:  Having knowledge of commissioning, installation of SPM machines & PLC based machines.  Electrical Maintenance of SPM machines & PLC based machines.  Having knowledge of FANUC, MITSUBISHI, Siemens controllers.  Knowledge of reading and editing of ladder programming & new program preparation.  Knowledge of Proficad software for preparation of electrical circuit.  Knowledge of Fanuc ladder 3, GX developer, GX works software of ladder programming.  Knowledge of GT designer for HMI screens designing.  Basic knowledge of part programs, and macro programming.  Knowledge of electric motors, drives, switchgears, and panel wiring.  Basic knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatics valves and circuits.  Experience of machine modification at customer site.
