- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for allpositions.- Interview applicants to define qualifications eligibility for employment.- Contact prospective employers to define needs to explain placement service.- Arrange on-campus interviews between employers graduating students to facilitateplacement of graduates- Organizing on & off campus students, seminars and Drive in college and Dcodetechpremises.- College Visit for Seminar, Workshop, Drives, All College Activities.- Company visit for (Tie-up with company, HR meeting, Recruitment Type)- Coordinate activities of job placement & free/paid internship service for students graduates- Conducting soft skill (interview preparation, GD, HR round) for Dcodetech students.- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and developplacement office procedures.
