Educational Qualification:B.Tech/BE in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering (2024 Batch)Roles & Responsibilities:Assist in the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of solar power plants and associated equipment.Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to ensure efficient performance of the solar systems.Support senior O&M engineers in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues at solar sites.Assist in preventive maintenance, including cleaning, equipment checks, and safety inspections.Document all maintenance activities and provide reports on system performance.Collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues and improve system reliability.Support installation and commissioning of new solar systems and components.Participate in training programs to improve technical skills and knowledge of the solar industry.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards during maintenance activities.Skills & Qualifications:Strong foundational knowledge in electrical, electronics, or communication engineering principles.Good understanding of solar energy systems, solar panels, inverters, and batteries.Knowledge of electrical circuit design, power distribution systems, and control systems.Proficiency in using engineering tools and software for diagnostics and performance monitoring.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to work in field environments and outdoor conditions.Ability to learn and adapt to the fast-evolving solar industrytechnologies.

Urgent Requirement for an Automation Engineer!Qualification: B. E / B. Tech / Diploma (Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics)Experience and Key Skills: 0 -1 year of experience in industry & logic development of PLC, SCADA, HMI, Motors, and drives on Siemens & Allen Bradley platforms. Knowledge in Instrumentation, serial communication & panel designing with wiring using software such as E-plan, and Autocad will be an added advantage. Freshers having good Industrial Automation Exposure can apply.

Responsibilities of candidate include: program automated machinery using programmable logic controllers (PLC) create design schematics, write and install computer programs test the efficacy of the installed program.

Required PLC programmer who has good knowledge of Industrial Automation Products like PLC, SCADA, DCS, HMI, VFD etc... Freshers can also apply if he has knowledge of Industrial Automation Process.
