Qualifications:Education: Postgraduate degree in marketing, business administration or related field.Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales operations using SalesforceOther skills and abilities include:- Proven experience in marketing & sales operations or a similar role, with a strong focus on Salesforceanalytics and processes.- Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (preferably Pardot)related to analytics and reporting dashboards (does not require Salesforce certification)- Proficiency in B2B data analysis, with the ability to track and report on marketing and sales KPIs forboth real-time and monthly reviews.- Excellent project management skills across multiple stakeholders using Smartsheet.- Proven experience with Tableau, Salesforce Analytics Cloud (based on Tableau but integrated intoSalesforce), or Power BI.- Proven experience documenting processes using visual flowchart tools such as Visio or LucidChart.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Experience in building & communicating training materials for sales & marketing processes.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams.- Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.- Ability to adapt to changing technology and industry trends
