qualifications:
education: postgraduate degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales operations using salesforce
other skills and abilities include:
- proven experience in marketing & sales operations or a similar role, with a strong focus on salesforce
analytics and processes.
- expert knowledge of salesforce crm systems and marketing automation platforms (preferably pardot)
related to analytics and reporting dashboards (does not require salesforce certification)
- proficiency in b2b data analysis, with the ability to track and report on marketing and sales kpis for
both real-time and monthly reviews.
- excellent project management skills across multiple stakeholders using smartsheet.
- proven experience with tableau, salesforce analytics cloud (based on tableau but integrated into
salesforce), or power bi.
- proven experience documenting processes using visual flowchart tools such as visio or lucidchart.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- experience in building & communicating training materials for sales & marketing processes.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
- detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.
