The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients via email, calls, and social media, and converting them into customers. You will play a key role in driving sales growth and supporting overall business development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.Maintain and update the sales database and CRM.Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and close deals.Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns.Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products and services.Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Maintain and update customer databases.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Requirements:Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.Proven experience in telesales or a similar role is an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in [Hindi, English].Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and ability to work under pressure.

The associate will be required to do digital marketing, on social media or through emails or WhatsApp messages. He/she will be required to make creatives, post advertisements etc for the specified property.
