Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in [Hindi, English].
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and ability to work under pressure.
