Job SummaryThe Administrative Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support to management and staff, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities. Office Administration & SupportOversee daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative workflow.Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails, phone calls, and internal communication.Maintain filing systems, documentation, and office records (physical & digital).Handle front-desk responsibilities including visitor management and reception support when required.2.
