Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of desktops and network racks. Install and configure software with organizational credentials, adhering to security bestpractices. Generate and manage IT-related reports to track progress, identify trends, and support datadrivendecision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve the IT infrastructure andAlign it with business goals. Provide timely updates to senior management on critical IT issues and propose strategicchanges to optimise operations.

As a Hardware Networking Engineer, your key responsibilities will include installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware networking equipment, such as routers, switches, and servers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, ensuring network security, and implementing network upgrades as needed.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware networking, with a graduate degree in a related field.
