About the Role: This role will be responsible for technical support for org-wide employees Chiefly responsible for timely Onboarding and Offboardig of employees Upkeeping of all operational computer systemWork closely with InfoSec team on making the devices compliantResponsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers.Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage and integrate automation processesTroubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issuesProvide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructurePerform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover proceduresLead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptionsRequirements for the Role: Required BSc/B.Tech/B.E in Information Technology Or Computer Science3-6 years of network administration, or system administration experienceSystem administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plusStrong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocolsA track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plansStrong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols Please submit your application for this position on our official careers page by following this link .
