- Conduct quality checks: The quality engineer will be responsible for performing thorough quality checks on products to ensure they meet the required standards before being released to customers.- Document quality control processes: They must accurately document all quality control processes, findings, and results to maintain a record of inspections and to track any issues that arise.- Perform line inspections: The quality engineer will conduct regular line inspections to monitor the production process and identify any areas for improvement or potential issues.- Ensure final product quality: They will be responsible for overseeing the final quality of products before they are shipped out, ensuring they meet customer expectations and company standards.- Experience in injection molding: Candidates must have experience working with injection molding processes and be familiar with the related quality control procedures.- Drive continuous improvement: The quality engineer should actively participate in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.- Knowledge of pressure vessels: Familiarity with pressure vessels and the associated quality control measures is essential for this role.- Conduct NDT inspections: The quality engineer should be able to perform non-destructive testing inspections to identify any defects or flaws in materials or products. - Strong attention to detail: The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to spot any defects or inconsistencies in products.- Problem-solving skills: They should have strong problem-solving skills to effectively identify issues, root causes, and implement solutions to improve product quality.

Responsibilities:NDT Training and Learning: Undergo structured training in various Non-Destructive Testing methods (e.g., VT, PT, MT, UT, RT, ET) and related theory, equipment operation, and safety procedures.Assisting with NDT Inspections: Assist certified NDT technicians and engineers in performing NDT inspections on various materials and components at our facility and potentially at client sites in and around Shahada.Equipment Handling and Calibration (Under Supervision): Learn to handle, set up, and calibrate NDT equipment accurately under the guidance of experienced personnel.Performing Basic NDT Tests: With increasing proficiency and under direct supervision, perform basic NDT tests following established procedures and work instructions.Data Acquisition and Recording: Learn to collect and record inspection data accurately and efficiently.Basic Interpretation of Results (Under Guidance): Begin to learn the basic interpretation of NDT indications and anomalies with guidance from senior team members.Documentation and Reporting (Learning Phase): Assist in preparing basic inspection reports and maintaining accurate records of tests performed.Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, radiation safety procedures (if applicable), and company policies at all times, ensuring a safe working environment in Shahada and at client locations.Understanding Codes and Standards: Learn about relevant national and international NDT codes, standards, and specifications applicable to the industries we serve in the region.Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in learning and identifying opportunities for improving NDT processes and techniques.Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and potentially clients in Marathi and Hindi.
