Job Summary:The Quality Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and systems to ensure that our products/services meet established standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance. Implement robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address non-conformances and reduce defects.Quality Planning: Participate in the planning phase of new products or processes, including defining quality standards, inspection methods, and control plans.Inspection and Testing: Establish and oversee inspection and testing procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications.Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for quality issues, customer complaints, and internal deviations using problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
