Quality Control Engineer

Position: QC Engineer – Mechanical / Quality Inspection

Location: 702/ B2 GIDC Ind Estate, Makarpura, vadodara-

Experience Required: 2–4 years

Industry: Engineering, Manufacturing, CNC, Fabrication, Heavy Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

Perform inspection of engineering components as per drawings and specifications.

Carry out NDT testing as Level II certified engineer ( LPT Only).

Interpret NDT results and prepare reports.

Use measuring instruments such as:

Vernier Caliper

Micrometer (OD , ID , Depth)

Height Gauge

Bore Gauge

Dial Indicator

Thread Gauge & Surface Plate

Read and understand engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.

Handle in-process, final, and incoming inspections.

Prepare inspection reports (IR), NCR, and quality documentation.

Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues.

Maintain calibration records of instruments.

Ensure compliance with ISO / customer quality standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma / BE / in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

NDT Level II Certification (ASNT / PCN / ISNT) mandatory.

Strong knowledge of inspection instruments and NDT procedures.

Experience in machining, fabrication, casting, or manufacturing industries.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, process control & documentation.

Good reporting and communication skills.
