Position description: Ensuring that customers get world-class services and their needs are understood andmet through financial products that the Bank has to offer.Primary Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Continuous engagement with the portfolio customers mapped as per thecontact policy, with accurate & complete capture of interaction details. Call handling as per defined standards. Accurate resolution for customer queries. Promoting Digital Banking services for a superior customer service experience. Profiling of customers in order to aid right cross-servicing of Bank products Accurate logging and resolution of complaints. Attrition control of customers. Regular interactions with the customers and pro-actively assessing customer needs. Deepening relationship by cross selling 'sticky products' like Demat, Bill Pay, Advisory etc. Ensure portfolio quality of relationship while racing considering eligibility. Monitor large amount movements and account closure from the deposit accounts. Ensure retention of customers Achievement of portfolio parameters: Meet the defined objectives of the Portfolio managed by therespective VRM Sales: Right cross-sell of products basis profiling and engagement. Penetration of products across groups. Sales across all product segments-TPP, Assets, Cards etc. Acquiring & grouping of all related IDs of the Primary ID. Use of triggers to track maturity of FDs, movement of CASA balances etc.and prevent outflow. Ensure Staff are trained on product knowledge and requisite certifications. Income to be generated at a customer level. Interaction Quality: Achieve Quality benchmarks defined from time to time. Complete and accurate capture of call interactions, including profiling thereby aiding relationshipmanagement. Audit and Service Quality Ensure all laid down system and process are followed as stipulated byAudit and Senior Management Ensure accurate and timely

* Responsibility to assist senior on manufacturing accounting towards production - process - development. Use excel and analytical methods to dissect and analysis towards costing, revenue and margin. * Use other programs / software / systems for such data collection and analysis.* Extensive use of Excel for data extraction, analysis and reporting.* Above average communication skills.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :1. Develop and maintain system plan including operational requirements, budget requirements andschedules.2. Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.3. Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness.4. Plan and manage software and hardware installations.5. Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system to improve operational efficiency.6. Monitor MIS performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times.7. Supervise and motivate MIS team to work collectively and efficiently.8. Coordinate with MIS team to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met.

Planning, Data Forecasting, Trend Analysis, Data Maintenance & Management (PAN India): Align the MIS Plan with those of the Operations of the Arts & Rural Verticals Obtain the planning data from Teams of both Arts & Rural Verticals:o Number of Batches per Teamo Total Estimated Target to create the batcheso Count of beneficiaries to be trained by respective Team Leaders Maintain data, Forecast Data Trends (PAN India) Analyze PAN India Data which will include data cleaning, maintaining, calculations, computing recomputing variables etc for monitoring and evaluation purposes. The analysis would also be trade-wise, batch-wise, and city-wise, to understand the status of attendance and assessment of mid-term and final examinations conducted by PAN India in both verticals and submit the same to the General Managers of both verticals Maintain the above data systematically as per the prescribed format Perform regular backups to ensure data prevention Be responsible for all clinical data management activities in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current industry/regulatory guidelinesReporting & Documentation (PAN India): Prepare Attendance Sheet data based on the above inputs Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, Annual Data Analysis Reports & Donor Reports from the Arts & Rural Teams and submit the same to the General Managers of both verticals Use MS Excel and Power Business Intelligence (BI) software for the creation & analysis of Reports / Documentation purpose.Training coordination (PAN India): Facilitate Trainings for staff to guide them to effectively use Excel for operations Coordinate with external Training Partners and guide them to effectively use Excel for operationsEvents Management: Support the Arts & Rural teams, technically and functionally, across the different events
