ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :1. Develop and maintain system plan including operational requirements, budget requirements andschedules.2. Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and security.3. Develop process improvements for increased efficiency and cost effectiveness.4. Plan and manage software and hardware installations.5. Perform periodic maintenance and servicing of MIS system to improve operational efficiency.6. Monitor MIS performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times.7. Supervise and motivate MIS team to work collectively and efficiently.8. Coordinate with MIS team to ensure that technology, infrastructure and operational requirements are met.

Planning, Data Forecasting, Trend Analysis, Data Maintenance & Management (PAN India): Align the MIS Plan with those of the Operations of the Arts & Rural Verticals Obtain the planning data from Teams of both Arts & Rural Verticals:o Number of Batches per Teamo Total Estimated Target to create the batcheso Count of beneficiaries to be trained by respective Team Leaders Maintain data, Forecast Data Trends (PAN India) Analyze PAN India Data which will include data cleaning, maintaining, calculations, computing recomputing variables etc for monitoring and evaluation purposes. The analysis would also be trade-wise, batch-wise, and city-wise, to understand the status of attendance and assessment of mid-term and final examinations conducted by PAN India in both verticals and submit the same to the General Managers of both verticals Maintain the above data systematically as per the prescribed format Perform regular backups to ensure data prevention Be responsible for all clinical data management activities in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current industry/regulatory guidelinesReporting & Documentation (PAN India): Prepare Attendance Sheet data based on the above inputs Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, Annual Data Analysis Reports & Donor Reports from the Arts & Rural Teams and submit the same to the General Managers of both verticals Use MS Excel and Power Business Intelligence (BI) software for the creation & analysis of Reports / Documentation purpose.Training coordination (PAN India): Facilitate Trainings for staff to guide them to effectively use Excel for operations Coordinate with external Training Partners and guide them to effectively use Excel for operationsEvents Management: Support the Arts & Rural teams, technically and functionally, across the different events

Collect data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data entries.Maintain a systematic data filing and storage system.Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Create data models and visualizations to present insights effectively.Collaborate with relevant departments to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports for different departments.Automate report generation processes where possible.Ensure that reports are accurate and delivered on time.Maintain and update databases regularly.Ensure data integrity and security.Troubleshoot database issues and provide support for data-related problems.Identify areas for process improvement within the organization through data analysis.Work with teams to implement changes and monitor their effectiveness.Stay up-to-date with relevant MIS software, tools, and technologies.Provide training and support to employees in using MIS tools effectively.
