MIG Welding Operations: Execute high-quality MIG/GMAW (Metal Inert Gas) welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum across multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead). Drawing & Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and welding symbols to align and assemble metal parts accurately. Machine Setup & Adjustment: Configure voltage levels, wire feed speeds, shielding gas mixtures, and select appropriate filler wire types. Weld Inspection & Quality Control: Inspect finished welds for defects such as cracks, porosity, undercut, or weak joints to ensure compliance with standards. Equipment Maintenance: Clean, check, and maintain welding guns, machines, and safety gear regularly. Shop Floor Safety: Follow industrial safety protocols, use proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain workplace housekeeping.

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have experience ranging from 1 to 5 years and will be responsible for creating metal structures and components using various welding techniques. Key Responsibilities:- Weld Metal Components: Use different welding methods, such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to join metal parts together securely.- Read Technical Drawings: Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand the specifications and dimensions of the parts to be welded.- Inspect Welds: Examine completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications before moving to the next phase of production.- Maintain Equipment: Regularly check and maintain welding equipment to ensure it functions properly and safely.- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices while working to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education. Proficiency in various welding techniques and methods is crucial. Strong attention to detail is necessary to produce high-quality work. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. Good communication skills are important for coordinating with supervisors and coworkers.
