Walk-in WELDER - Full Time

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have experience ranging from 1 to 5 years and will be responsible for creating metal structures and components using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Weld Metal Components: Use different welding methods, such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to join metal parts together securely.

- Read Technical Drawings: Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand the specifications and dimensions of the parts to be welded.

- Inspect Welds: Examine completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications before moving to the next phase of production.

- Maintain Equipment: Regularly check and maintain welding equipment to ensure it functions properly and safely.

- Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and practices while working to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education. Proficiency in various welding techniques and methods is crucial. Strong attention to detail is necessary to produce high-quality work.

Candidates must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. Good communication skills are important for coordinating with supervisors and coworkers. A commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace is expected from all team members.
