MIG Welder (Male)

• MIG Welding Operations: Execute high-quality MIG/GMAW (Metal Inert Gas) welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum across multiple positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).

• Drawing & Blueprint Interpretation: Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and welding symbols to align and assemble metal parts accurately.

• Machine Setup & Adjustment: Configure voltage levels, wire feed speeds, shielding gas mixtures, and select appropriate filler wire types.

• Weld Inspection & Quality Control: Inspect finished welds for defects such as cracks, porosity, undercut, or weak joints to ensure compliance with standards.

• Equipment Maintenance: Clean, check, and maintain welding guns, machines, and safety gear regularly.

• Shop Floor Safety: Follow industrial safety protocols, use proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain workplace housekeeping.
