Purpose And ObjectiveMajor Private customer & Government installation base is at Surat so required dedicated Service EngineerTo handle & generate service businessTo support sales team by reducing service calls attending on time, generating new leads & doing installation or demonstrationTo attend service calls, visit old customers, Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS), demonstrate, demand generate, consumable sale, Comprehensive Maintenance Contract Sale (CMC), customer satisfaction, equipment/ accessories/ device handover or collect, payment collection, take care of other support if any requireResponsibilitiesService call, PMS, breakdown calls & problem attend of whole territory within 24hr & resolve within a week if major repairingAMC/CMC, repairing, accessories, new machine in Government & consumables business of Private & Government customers & maintain cleared outstandingTo support sales team by installation, demonstration, payment collection & lead generationPlan & execute activity in corporate, Private & Government installation based customersMaintain, manage & create old/new Key Opinion Leaders (kols) in Government & Private hospitalsDocumentation: expense, working sheet, PMS sheet, business sheet, projection sheet & other must be submitted by every weekPlan & execute activity in corporate, Private & Government installation-based customersCollect, Dispatch & Pickup Machine or Accessories via courier/transport.SkillsCommunication SkillsMS Office Understanding of technical knowledgeOtherTravel: To cover territory & attend service call, need to travel frequently & need to stay if requiredField Work: Must have Two-wheeler
