We have vacant of 1 Medical Administrator Job in Gurgaon, Experience Required : 5 Years of experience in the healthcare industry Educational Qualification :MBBS from a Government Medical College only. Management Functions:1. Participate in the recruitment and selection process for medical staff.2. Perform clinical supervision of medical staff, including regular performance appraisals andfeedback.3. Supervise clinical scheduling, call, and leave for medical staff.4. Oversee continuing professional education, in-service training, and orientation of new medical staff.5. Ensure integration of medical services into the organization's comprehensive healthcare services.6. Advise on the purchase of medical equipment.7. Lead planning for the development of new clinical programs.8. Provide counsel in personnel matters relating to the clinical staff.9. Facilitate medical staff/provider meetings.10. Perform or delegate responsibility for quarterly medical record reviews focusing on quality of careand appropriate coding.11. Supervise physicians, nurses, and other medical staff across the assigned region.Administrative Functions:1. Develop standards and qualifications for medical personnel.2. Approve medical practice procedures and policies.3. Stay updated on healthcare and medical regulations and advise the management team on necessarychanges.4. Provide clinical guidance and regularly report on clinical activities to the management.5. Review clinical and patient care contracts for services provided to or by the organization.6. Perform periodic reviews of practice management functions.7. Serve as a liaison between medical staff and administration.8. Represent the organization at medical societies, hospitals, professional organizations, groups, andagencies.9. Advise on schedules of fees and discounts for patient services, as appropriate.10. Participate in overall budget planning and monitoring, in conjunction with the management team.
