Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure output meets quality and productivity targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, and Design) to resolve issues and implement improvements. Maintain and optimize production line efficiency by identifying and reducing downtime or bottlenecks. Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations such as ISO 9001. Prepare and maintain production documentation, reports, and logs. Train and guide production technicians/operators to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety norms. Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.Key Skills & Competencies: Hands-on experience in production or assembly lines, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and preventive maintenance. Working knowledge of productivity tools like ERP, SAP, or similar systems is an advantage. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and team collaboration skills. Familiarity with lean practices and quality frameworks like ISO 9001.Educational Qualifications:PG: Not mandatory, but M. Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics is a plus

Any other activity required to be done for improvement in material management.Desired Candidate Profile :Bachelor Degree in engineering/ commerce/ arts or Diploma in engineering.Candidate should have good knowledge engineering materials & material management.
