The Production Engineer ensures the efficient operation of manufacturing processes. This role involves optimizing production lines, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing improvements to enhance productivity and quality.Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions.Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.Implement safety and quality control standards.Manage and oversee maintenance schedules and inventory.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Skills:Proficiency in production management software and tools.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing conditions.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Develop new vendors for items related to production of fans and electrical appliances.Co-ordinate with vendors to ensure timely supply of materials against P.O.Deeply look into the costing of each and every item and reduce the overall cost of BOM of each and every item being manufactured by the Company.Follow up of all above said materials, until it reaches proper destination.Prepare and Maintain daily material transfer from Factory to H.O. and vice-versa.Co-ordinate with Store Officer and inform Store Officer tentative material receiving date.Designation : Assistant Manager Senior Purchase Executive Experience: 5 to 9 years in a similar field, with a focus on the procurement of electrical items is a must.
