Job Description Greeting customer's & find out the needs. To be a sales consultant to the customer. Describing a product's features & demonstrate use and operation of the product. Handling customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise. Providing information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options.
