Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to drive property sales and build strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, showcasing properties, and closing deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
Conduct property site visits and explain project features to clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for smooth transactions
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities
Maintain a database of clients and follow up regularly
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or any sales role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the local property market
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Any degree/diploma (preferred but not mandatory)
