Perform outbound calls as a marketing tool to carry out a variety of sales and marketing activities, including cold calls, cross selling and up selling to new and existing customers2. Monitor and update accounts records.13. Submit loan applications in a timely manner.14. Prepare detailed loan proposals.15. Explain queries and deficiencies to applicants.16. Respond to applicants questions and resolve any loan and related issues.17. Operate in compliance with laws and regulations.18. Acting as liaison between our financial institutions and our clients
