Sales Strategy & Planning:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.- Identify new market opportunities and expand the companys customer base.- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.2. Team Management:- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve high performance.- Conduct regular training and development programs.- Monitor team productivity and provide performance feedback.3. Business Development:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.4. Market Analysis:- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product positioning.5. Revenue & Profitability:- Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability of sales operations.- Monitor pricing strategies and margins.6. Coordination:- Work closely with production, design, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.- Align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.7.
